Felicia Gassen is a passionate and experienced advocate who brings a variety of experience to accomplish the objectives of Global Gaming Women. She is committed to developing programs and strategies to help women become leaders in the gaming industry, and her diverse background uniquely qualifies her to achieve that end. 

Felicia has extensive experience creating and funding programs that bring together diverse interests from across the country to a common goal.  She has managed research and education programs for bioengineering, biotechnology, bioinformatics, and structural and chemical biology; written grants and contracts for the University of California, San Francisco; and coordinated multidisciplinary scholars across several campuses and countries generating conversations to promote global research initiatives.  

 Further, Felicia has years of experience as a public relations expert and operator of her own graphic design company. She has created marketing, branding, and advertising campaigns for various clients in gaming and non-profit venues, including NRT Sightline, Go Red for Women/American Heart Association, and Vantiv Entertainment.  

Overall, Felicia’s singular blend of skills uniquely qualifies her to develop education initiatives for women in professional environments and unite women of diverse backgrounds to promote empowerment, growth, and community engagement. Felicia earned a Bachelor of Fine Art from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and attended the University of California at Berkeley with an emphasis in integrative biology and entomology.
