Great Women of Gaming

Our goal is to bring global recognition to meaningful contributions by exceptional women in the gaming industry by annually recognizing a highly vetted select group of women for their outstanding contributions.

Great Women of Gaming Awards originally introduced in 2004 by Casino Enterprise Management Magazine were designed to recognize and encourage outstanding achievements by women in the gaming industry. “Proven Leaders” and “Rising Stars” were recognized annually until 2012 when CEM Founder Peter Mead passed away. In 2016, Global Gaming Women acquired the Award brand and rights from CEM. In keeping with the mission of Global Gaming Women, the Awards have been updated to broaden the awareness, strengthen prestige and celebrate the success of women in the worldwide Gaming Industry.
