Is Unconscious Bias holding you or your organization back in achieving its goals? What can organizations and individuals do to counteract this natural phenomena
Andrea Caldwell • Consultant + Franklin Covey

Our biases are part of how we as humans filter information. We all have them, however, unconscious bias can affect workplaces and organizations. It can introduce unintentional discrimination and result in poor decision-making. It has been shown that such biases can have an impact on recruitment, mentoring and promotions. This can hamper equal opportunities for women in terms of selection and progression to a high-level management and leadership role.

Join us for an engaging conversation with Andrea Caldwell from FranklinCovey and learn how to recognize bias and how to address it. Come prepared to share!
