Through our Lean In Circles, women come together to build meaningful connections, exchange experiences, and share strategies for success. Whether you are just beginning your career in gaming or are a seasoned leader, Lean In Circles provide the tools, resources, and community support to help you grow and thrive.


What are Lean In Circles?

Lean In Circles are small, recurring gatherings where women meet in a supportive, confidential space to learn and grow together. Circles are designed to harness the power of peer connection, mentorship, and shared experience. Many describe their Circle as a “personal board of advisors”—a trusted group that inspires, challenges, and empowers them to elevate both their personal and professional lives.

A Community as Diverse as Gaming Itself

GGW Lean In Circles reflect the rich diversity within the gaming industry. While each participant brings unique perspectives and experiences, all share a common bond: the belief in the strength of peer support and collective growth.


How Can a Circle Help Me?

Get Involved

Applications to join a GGW Lean In Circle are open to all women working in the gaming industry. Each fall, we invite applications for both Circle moderators and participants—creating opportunities for women at every stage of their careers to lead, learn, and grow.
