Global Gaming Women (GGW) continued its upward trajectory in 2025, delivering another year of meaningful growth, expanded global reach, and measurable impact across the gaming industry. With a mission centered on advancing women at every level of their careers, GGW invested deeply in education, community building, and leadership development. Over the past year, the organization hosted 14 in‑person educational conferences and six virtual classes, creating accessible learning pathways for women around the world. Scholarship support remained a cornerstone of GGW’s commitment to professional advancement, with 469 scholarships awarded to women seeking to strengthen their skills, elevate their careers, and expand their influence within the industry. Community engagement also surged, reflected in 19 global networking events and the launch of 38 new Lean In Circles—small, peer‑driven groups that foster connection, mentorship, and accountability. Membership grew by more than 1,500 professionals, underscoring the increasing demand for resources, community, and leadership opportunities tailored to women in gaming. GGW also broadened its international footprint, hosting conferences in Australia and London and laying the groundwork for continued global expansion.
